Rooms feel cramped, needing more space!!! Cleaning requires serious attention, with linens and towels showing age and lack of cleanliness!!! The website presents inflated expectations compared to reality, no complimentary items in the room!!!

The location was fantastic, but the bathroom desperately needed maintenance. the hairdryer was cracked and the shower had mold. The service was friendly, making those issues slightly easier to overlook.

The Premium Twin room featured clean, modern decor and had nice natural light with open windows. Breakfast was a highlight with tasty options, and the swimming pool provided great relaxation after work. However, the room lacked a microwave, and the steam room needed maintenance due to a mildewy smell. Additionally, I was disappointed when my request for a room with a view of Paulista Avenue was not honored.

The hotel sits smack on Avenida Paulista, a prime spot for easy access to public transport and a plethora of shopping options, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety, which certainly fills you up for a busy day, though the bar is noticeably small with only six chairs.

Rooms feel a bit outdated, and at night, the lack of airflow made things quite warm, requiring open windows for relief. Despite staying for two nights, I found the cleanliness could use some attention—coffee stains lingered on the carpet, and the corridors had a stale odor. With windows not soundproofed, the lively street noise seeped in, making it hard to catch any decent sleep, particularly during festivals.

First off, the staff went above and beyond! They carried our bags up to the suite without us even asking. Then there's the breakfast, it was loaded with variety, everything from fresh bread to pastries. We always found something to please our picky eater.

My stay was pleasant, thanks to the vibrant atmosphere of Paulista Avenue, just a short stroll away, and the peaceful escape of Ibirapuera Park, which is only about 3 km from here. I felt completely at ease walking around the area and enjoyed the tasty breakfast and comfortable bed after a day of exploring the city. As a single traveler, I appreciated the easy access to local shops and eateries just steps from my hotel, making my city strolls even more enjoyable, but the check-in process could have been smoother and more accommodating for early arrivals.
